When Ansar Sheikh was studying for his graduation, he had no idea that he would end up in the IAS. He had to work twelve hours a day for three years to clear the UPSC examination. The reason for this was his family’s poor financial status. His parents were unable to continue their studies and so his father encouraged him to get a job. Although the family was struggling, Ansar did not let his financial condition stop him from achieving his dream of being an IAS officer.

As a child, Ansar was a very bright student and worked hard to achieve his dream. In fact, he scored 91% in his tenth standard. Later, he graduated from Pune college with a degree in political science. Despite being born into a poor family, Ansar studied hard and became the youngest IAS officer in the country. He obtained an All India Rank of 361 despite living in a poor family.

His father’s struggle with alcoholism

When Ansar was growing up, he was exposed to child marriage and domestic violence. His sister was married at the age of fifteen, and his younger brother dropped out of school and started working in his uncle’s garage. Though he thought his brother was bigger than him, he didn’t follow the path his older brother took. Despite the pressure of his family, Ansar managed to succeed in school.

Ansar was a Marathi-medium student up to the end of his high school education. His father sent him a small amount of money from his savings and his brother deposited his entire monthly salary of Rs 6,000. When he first entered the Fergusson College in Pune in 2012, he was living with his mother and only two pairs of clothes. However, despite his bleak financial situation, Ansar was not discouraged. He persevered and achieved his dream of being an IAS officer.

after completing his 10th class he was admitted to the 11th stander with the arts stream. Sanskrit, music, political science, and sociology is his subject. He scores 91% in the class 12th exam. In his main subject Sanskrit, he score 100/100, after that he goes to Fergusson collage puna for completing his B.A degree in political science with a first division degree.

Ansar shaikh class 10th & 12th Percentage– In class 10th exam he passed out with 96% marks and in class 12th he got 91% marks.
